[LIST CONTINUES... ]

Not surprisingly Thermo Fisher dominates the list in respect to the number of deals, being a company that has a track record of a long, long string of acquisitions. However, the largest single deal listed above is the acquisition of Varian Inc. by Agilent Technologies, as the intended acquisition of Millipore by Thermo Fisher has not been realised, because the German Merck made a higher offer.

If you would like to cover your business partners, your key accounts and your competitors in a smart, yet very powerful way, this is the time to contact me and take a look at our customised [gs] Life Sciences Business Intelligence offerings!

I will take some days off and the next [gs] Newsletter will publish in August. However, the [gs] Database will be updated as usual and the [MSC] Newsletter will publish at the end of July!

Thanks for reading, enjoy the summer (if you are on my side of the globe) and back in August!

Kind regards
Marcus Lippold
